Kate and Johnny Brooks (Americans in Nakuru Kenya ) have the devotional thought of the day:
. . . He [Johnny] was talking to me [Kate] about how he keeps finding God in places that he never thought to look before, and most people don’t think to look, either. He finds God in the poor, the disfigured, the dying, the hungry. See, most folks think that because the ‘least’ on this planet are ‘the least,’ then God must have abandoned them. Oh contraire, my friend! God is there! . . .
God is found with the least expected people [e.g. the man born blind in John 9].
